By booking or using the services offered by Vienna Tourism LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the service type.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (in AED or agreed currency).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will remain unaffected.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellation:
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation:
• In case of weather issues, technical problems, or operational changes, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Travel Documents and Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they carry valid identification, visas, or permits required for any tour.
• Vienna Tourism LLC is not liable for denied entry, visa issues, or any travel document concerns.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

• Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs.
• Vienna Tourism is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages arising from negligence, unforeseen incidents, or third-party service providers.
• Some tours (e.g., desert safaris, dune bashing) may not be suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or children under a certain age.

5. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.
• If a specific service becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered.

6. Code of Conduct

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, fellow travelers, and the local culture.
• Vienna Tourism reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and branding on our website or promotional materials are the property of Vienna Tourism LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
